The deck is like dark skill drain but without dad and beast king.
The Cyber valley's are in there to stall, draw power and to remove the opponents monster taken by mind control.
Monk is to search rose or stratos if I have a d-draw in hand but no malicious.
Torrential tribute isn't in here because I always have field control.
Tried gravekeepers spy but always drew them when I had skill drain face up so I dropped them for a second valley and a monk.

Trying to get a dad but ccv is impossible until turbo pack.

Needs a Cyber Dragon.

Yeah my main suggestions would be DAD and CCV, but I know this your irl deck. Otherwise, I think it looks pretty solid.

I'd cut Gardna for a DAD. Otherwise, this deck is excellent =p

Yes Necro isn't really vital in this deck,
I've dropped it together with fear monger to make room for 2 barbaros.
This gives the deck more attack power to destroy the opponents monsters before they can sync into a deadly colossal or stardust.
Replaced the barbaros in side deck by 2 fusilier dragon and the compulsorys by 2 deck devestation virus.
These 2 together with a 3th skill drain work great against BW and Syncro cat.
