When you try to summon a blackwing monster while Black Whirlwind is on your field and your opponent chains to your monsters summon with Book of Moon you do not get to add 1 blackwing monster to your hand because black whirlwind starts a chain so if an effect is chained so, that the blackwing monster is no longer face up on the field when whirlwind resolves you dont get to add a monster to your hand.

This ruling applies to any card that destroys, removes, or returns the monster back to the hand.
